How it works

Make Believe is all about developing children’s confidence and self-esteem. We know that some of our students want to tread the boards at the very highest level. But we also know that the industry can be difficult, even ruthless and it’s always advisable to have a person with experience and expertise to guide someone as they become sought-after.

If we feel you are suitable, we’ll help you get jobs in the industry. MB TALENT is going to be representing talented individuals in TV, Theatre, Film and Radio. School and non-school members aged three to 18 years will have the chance to be represented.

And to find the kind of talent that will make Tom Jones and co swivel their chairs faster than a Katherine Wheel is Eilidh McCole, who has been heading MB TALENT since the beginning of 2014. Eilidh has brought her extensive experience in performing in London and New York to MB Talent and has landed some plum roles for our talented youngsters in theatre, TV and advertising.

Eilidh will be regularly visiting the schools and constantly keeping up with the progress of all our students across the network.

On the day of Eilidh’s visit, if you are selected you will receive a letter of what the next stages are. Eilidh will then be in touch with you in due course.
